When you sign in to the gu1 dashboard (e.g. app.gu1.ai) with your user account, only one active session is kept for that account at a time.What this means for you
If you are already signed in on device or browser A and you sign in with the same user on device or browser B, the session on A is ended automatically. You will need to sign in again on A if you want to use the dashboard there. This applies to the interactive dashboard (web UI), not to API keys: server-to-server integrations that use API keys are not affected by dashboard session limits.Practical tips
- Use a single browser profile for day-to-day work to avoid unexpected sign-outs.
- If your session ends unexpectedly, check whether a colleague or another device signed in with the same account.
