Resumen

  • Si {typeOrId} es un UUID, devuelve una lista con ese id (visible para el tenant o global permitida).
  • Si no es UUID, se interpreta como tipo de lista (p. ej. custom, company_blocklist) y devuelve todas las listas activas de ese tipo.

Errors: 400 invalid type, 404 list not found, 403 for marketplace-only lists not exposed via this API.
